Hi Want to commit suicide with meds...i can get anti-anxiety & anti-depressants, benzos, sleeping meds. How best to ensure i actually die?

The best way to ensure you die from an OD is to not attempt an OD

If you're interested in OD then you should read the PPH.

i read the french book "Suicide, mode d'emploi" , the lethal dose is often above 5 g for meds under prescription (so, at least 200 pills).

But, please, don't use this mean : too risky !
