Depends on a cop. The US cops are all trigger-happy and will use deadly force at will.
Check "Police Activity" channel on Youtube.

However, maybe its their bullets (underpowered) or special shooting techniques, but
they can put 5,6,7 rounds in a victim and he'll still live. It is meant to seriously harm
and incapacitate the victim, but they call the paramedics right away. So it's a really
crappy method.

In the states they are trained to shoot to kill. Because there is no such thing as shooting to wound, a bullet could just as easily hit an artery in your leg or arm. They use fractal rounds which are meant to break apart and not pass through so as to avoid collateral damage.

But in Florida who knows man. That state is known for having some crazy people and crazy things happen.

Not exactly. While there is a lot of cops like that. Most cops are like anyone else. They just want to not be bugged, and they want to go home.

One of the biggest problems when it comes to shootings is cops are poorly trained on communication skills. There is a push for better training in this.

Nobody should make somebody who chose a career of protecting and serving the public, into a murderer. You can straw man that with all the shitty cop stories you can find, but realistically, you'd still call them if somebody was abusing a loved one, or something like that. Could give a good hearted person PTSD, and possibly give us some new members here. I would never want to be responsible for that. Don't suicide by cops, please. I would rarely advise somebody against a method, but this is a particularly horrible way to go. We should try to minimize the impact our suicide will have, not have our demons just jump on the back of the person you made murder you.
