Its such an odd dichotomy. Most people are repulsed by the idea of suicide, they view life as a gift yada yada yada.
But what I find interesting is that whilst many may shove a platitude in your face irl, online being suicidal or having depression in general is seen as cringe.
You wouldnt believe how many times Ive seen "people" say "Oh yeah, I thought about dying but honestly how embarrassing! Its never that serious lollll" as if its funny.
Millenials have done everything in their power to label everyone who speaks truthfully about existence as a "victim". And gen-z has reduced having suicidal ideation to nothing more than a bad joke.
