Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I Know what you mean, but in a non-fascist way it can refer to the whole process of making a global market, from the 19th century onwards, and especially the moving of industry to the far east because of cheap labour, and neoliberalism becoming more or less an economic religion - Lenin's and Roosevelt's utopian ideals of society and democracy for the little man is gone - now, its eat or be eaten + all kinds of conservativism. so basically, the free market ideology is becoming a given more and more, both in the Europe, and elsewhere. I do agree though, that the likes of Bannon are fakes, posing as anti-globalist, all the while workin for Goldman Sachs, etc.
