For the suicide notes one, I've swear I've written MULTIPLE, but deleted most. I think one was on paper. That one is also gone— I destroyed all evidence of them a while ago.
For the insomnia/sleeps too much, I get both of them on and off! They come in spells, whenever I'm most depressed, and I hate it so much.
It's always a gamble to see if I sleep long at those times or stay up until 3 am.
