I dont like these words. Im.... Idk.... Uncomfortable with them.
Looking at the situation on its own. Yes I suffer and its severe.
I have social anxiety to the point I have debilitating panic attacks and when I do talk to someone, uncontrollably dissociate to the point I can't see much of anything.
When I don't take my meds for my bpd the voices get so bad I'm positive I classify as insane.
My husband's gas lighting has me to the point where just having a passing thought can either send me into rage or tears.
This is clearly suffering and severe, but I go out of my way to not use those words, convincing myself it's not that bad.
So I was wondering what other people think of those words.
