• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I gave myself a "mental health day" yesterday but told myself that I need to get something done today.

There are several significant things that need to get done and my survival depends on it, but I have been stuck in "analysis paralysis" and the damned anxiety just reared its ugly head.

What do I do? How can I step out of this loop and move toward?

Do you have anything that could help distract you from your anxious thoughts? Today I drank coffee and listened to all my downloaded music on shuffle. This seemed to help as I cleaned my room. Most days the anxious thoughts, procrastination, and using phone etc. as distraction, win through.

Thanks for the response.

I texted a friend for motivation and he convinced me to get off my arse and handle a task that has been causing me stress for weeks. While it's still stressful, at least I did something.
