Before the switched to a subscription service, I bought Rosetta Stone for Spanish, French, and German. I've been working on trying to learn, but regardless of the language in question, learning a new tongue is difficult. Oddly enough though, I can actually read Spanish a hell of a lot better than I can speak it.
A lot of people will point you to Duolingo, but I've found it useless. It's strictly reading. It doesn't actually teach you anything. You can try YouTube. For example I found a channel that is exclusively teaching my people's native tongue, which is Scottish Gaelic. I've tried finding a tutor, but the only ones I can find are in Scotland. So with a 7 hour time difference, I'm kinda screwed there. There are schools here, but they start at more than $1,000.
