i'm going to thailand this year.
their drug laws are relatively loose... any recommendations about what drugs i could use to catch the bus?

i plan to buy SN.
but in case i can't get SN... which drugs can i OD on form the pharmacy?

oh, and like i said, i plan on trying SN first... but SN needs additional drugs along with it.
like anti-vomit medicine and "meto" which i keep hearing about...
i have no fucking idea what METO is, despite having searched about it.

and also i heard you need something to regulate your acid levels, so the SN will be absorbed faster.
can someone explain this to me like i'm 5?

I recommend overdosing on life brother. You are a beautiful soul who deserves to live, why are you forgetting this?

Let's sit in this shitty mud for a second and figure it out ok?

i never fully attempted yet... the most i ever "attempted" was to intentionally go to the swimming pool on a day where i was in high risk of a seizure.
i have epilepsy, and i can tell if a seizure is on the way.
so i chose to go to the pool that day, obviously hoping to drown.

but thanks, i appreciate the kind words

I am not the person to ask (sorry), but I'm nearly certain that Meto refers to: Metoclopramide.

good question.
moving to a city/town that meets my preferences better, but i'm stuck here, because i also need my family close.
and they are not as bothered by this city, as i am.

that would be a good start. but i will always have epilepsy and social anxiety and stuff, so...
sometimes there will be periods of time that are better than others, but it always returns to crap eventually lol.

sorry to hear, i hope your health problems can be fixed or at least properly controlled

right. it does.
the problem is, tho, that when i google that, yes i get an answer...
for example, i ask google what the purpose is of that drug.
and it lists like 20 different purposes of that drug, so it becomes very complicated, and i start overthinking shit.
it's not very comprehensive, especially not having english as my first language

Are medicated with benzos? That can help with your epilepsy. Also, Does your family know the extent of your pain?

If not, you could have a talk with them saying how you really need to get out of the city for your mental.

Also, Is money a barrier to leave the city?
