The only things we should post in the public ones should be why we want to ctb, why and how people have made it worse, and anything else that would give non suicidal people insight on how to stop being insensitive non helpful aholes when someone they know expresses SI that's how I feel anyway. Unless you're suicidal you don't need to have access to methods, sources, protocols or anything of the sorts
