strangely enough I'm fine, my heart started racing for the first minute and now everything is stable? What should I expect?

If they didn't call EMS, they are unconscious and will be dead very soon. They probably experienced a light headed feeling like when your blood pressure drops, but otherwise it was a calm death for them going the SN route. I wish you the best OP. Much love <3
