Someone asked this last week. Diphenhydramine is a muscle relaxant. It will have an overall sleep-inducing effect. Not the same as benzos. But, a quick alternative if if you can only get that.

If you take 25g without AE and throw up, you most likely will still die. If you take 7g and throw up, you can still die. AE isn't essential.
