SN without antiemetic

I plan on ending it with SN but have no access to an antiemetic. How can I account for this? Will it be possible? Should I use more than 25g?

It's not needed , just make sure you fast and you take the sn like a shot

SN is extremely lethal without any of the add-ons.

I took 7g of sn with no AE. Still ended up having a cardiac arrest, and my methb was 97%
