SN with capsules

Hello all,

I've been investigating SN as an option to ctb and to combat the salty taste, I'd like to use gelatin capsules. I can't find much on here about that and yes I've read Stan's Guide which doesn't address this. Please offer feedback!

Use the site search for SN successes and failures, there was at least one anecdotal account with gelatin capsules.

I decided against capsules because I would have to drink more water to take them.
