• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I've read a bit about it but wanted to get some updated/current opinion. I'm 6'0" (182cm) and about 250lb (113 kg), been gaining weight because food has been basically my only source of comfort since everything fell apart. I've seen the conversion chat for SN (G-Tablespoons/Teaspoons) and basically it just said to use a bit more SN if you're heavier. Any reason to think this shouldn't work?

You might want to bump it up to 30-35 grams. From the PPH most recent edition, the highest given weights for observed deaths were 2 men at 90 kg (1 was 90 years old, the other 92 y.o.), they both took 30 grams, one of the men had their time until death reported at 25 minutes by the observer, the other time wasn't given. Neither mentioned how long until loss of consciousness.

There is a table on this site for this- I will repost it here. The amount recommended for 250 lbs is about 27 grams. Going too high increases the risk of failure due to vomiting. 30 grams corresponds to about 295 lbs and 35 grams corresponds to about 365 lbs. I will post the link to this table on the ss site following this: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/sn-water-amount-lookup-table-v2.32241/
