Yes PPH 2025 doesn't refer ibuprofen and painkillers in the SN protocol section. I don't know if older versions included it or not.

But why? Previous versions included ibuprofen.

I have no idea. It's written why antacid and beta blockers are no longer recommended but there is nothing about ibuprofen.
