Which is easier to overcome SI?

I think the Gun is easier and if done correctly you won't survive.. I have 0 knowledge about SN but there are steps you need to take prior to drinking it…

This is what I am in between too! I feel like SN would be easier for me to overcome SI though. I know that I can stay in a suicidal mindset for a longtime and not regret it from past attempts, but I dont know if I can be so violent with myself
