So does this mean that it is over the testing limits? i.e., I put in too much SN? I have ordered a different test so will try again later today.

edit: I used the API nitrite NO2 test kit

Without more info and what test you used it's impossible to answer your question. You can post your test results incl. the test you used. I think people who did tests before may be able to answer your question then.

if you put too much then APi test won't respond , keep it below 5 ppm for API. PPM is mg/L
