I plan to overcome it with a hefty does of Xanax (but not too hefty because I don't want to fall a sleep mid protocol)

I think SI is healthy, I genuinely think at this point, if you have no SI with a method, it might be your time to go, if you still have really strong SI, you probably should wait a bit and live life a bit more? Does that make sense? Idk if it does, but that is how I feel right now, I can't CBT just yet.

I got SN and I feel I could chug it back right now with how not so good I feel, but now is not the time, I need to patiently wait this illness out, before I can justify taking that stuff and need to spend more time with family too. Man Idk I'm just venting like living a double life knowing I am terminal, but not ending it waiting for something to change when nothing changes lol.
