Hello! So I have 100g SN and no other medications. I could possibly get ibuprofen, lithium and or trazadone or risperidone. I'm wondering if anyone knows what I can expect if I just take 30g in a drink. Will it be excruciating?

You'll probably throw up a lot. Can you get hold of any anti-sickness meds?

PPH recommends Prochlorperazine and Dimenhydrinate as alternatives for Meto. Not sure where you're from but Prochlorperazine will probably be OTC

i rarely say anything on this subject, because i do not want to encourage anyone to go ahead with something like this

but the recommended does is 25g in 50 ml of water - the only thing actually needed is the sn in water; nothing else. anything else, can just make the process easier, but throwing up is still likely with or without anti-metics

as for excruciating pain, many people who have survived have suggested, that there is no pain, or maybe just a little. the throwing up part is meant to be fairly easy (i imagine with nothing else in the stomach, the throwing up part is probably much easier than we normally feel with a full/half full stomach). it "is" described as painless, but not necessarily peaceful. if you ingest 25 grams, it may be less peaceful than some who have taken much less, but it will also work much quicker and in relative terms it will probably bring one of the most peaceful deaths anyone could wish for. the fact is that no one can actually tell any of us, how peaceful their death was or wasn't, but it seems to be the best method that is achievable to the average person with no medical contacts
