SN Protocol

Today will be the day. Truly, for all those dry-runs cant believe today will be the day. Will be checking in at hotel by 2pm. Please scrutinize my protocol:

11am - Meto 1x10mg
7pm - Meto 1x10mg
3am - Meto 3x10mg + 800mg Ibuprofen
3:30am - Smoke a little weed (also to numb my tongue)
3:45am - Xanax (Alprazolam) 1x1mg
4am - SN drink 24gms (92kg weight) prepare second cup

Please should I include a antacid somewhere, am I missing something?

I'm making my own protocol too based on SN, but I don't understand why people add ibuprofen? What effect does it have?

Ibuprofen is taken to lessen the headache that the SN will cause. I don't know how strong this pain is. For many people seems to be different, but I haven't stumbled upon a single case that said that SN caused a severe headache.

That'll do the job, for sure. Anything extra is largely pedantic; perfectionism here often leads to failure.
