SN protocol without benzodiazepines.

I am unable to get benzodiazepines. So I want to know about effectiveness of SN protocol without benzodiazepines and it's possible effects.

Ibu is also a "luxury". Only helps with the headache a bit at a risk of causing a stomach ache ironically

Oh. I didn't know that. Why does it cause stomach ache and is it too painful?

Ibuprofen sadly has the issue that it hits hard in that section. One of the possible side effects.

I have unclear stomach issues already which is why I would take paracetamol ^^

And well... It will be a discomfort. Not necessarily unbearable pain or anything but definitely annoying

It is not painful. If you do it properly.

Follow the regimen. Be mindful of the fasting and all is good.
