Method SN protocol help

So I recently attempted but survived due to administering inappropriate dosages of olanzapine and oxazepam (20mg olanzapine and 60mg oxazepam) leading to me blacking out prior to my SN ingestion point.

I'd appreciate some input on how to best modify my protocol to avoid me losing consciousness before I ingest my SN

Tentative SN Protocol:
-8 hours: minimum time to start fast for solids
-??? hours: take ???mg oxazepam
-??? hours: take ???mg olanzapine
-2 hours: minimum time to start fast for liquids
Drink 25g SN in 50mL of water
(Drink backup cup of 25g SN in 50mL of water if I vommit)
After SN: send goodbyes (SaSu, discord, messages whatever..)
Then rest in bed and lose consciousness.

both olanzapine and oxazepam starts to feel noticeable sedation effects around 30 minutes after ingestion, but it varies from person to person, metabolism to metabolism, tolerance and so on, the perfect timing imo would be 20 minutes before the SN drink, i dont know how much you took or what your tolerance is since it can varies, one way to find out is testing out with small doses how long it takes for you to feel sleepy, side note that only olazanpine is an anti emetic, oxazepam is more of a luxury drug to calm you down and reduce the anxiety, so in your case i would recommend taking only olazanpine prior to SN and leave oxazepam to take right before you drink your SN or 10 minutes prior max

Where did you get this information? Did you take a high dose of oxazepam just to test it out?

I take 5mg olanzapine daily for both antipsychotic and sleep, I wonder if this on its own is sufficient for antiemetic purposes for SN CTB? Or should I supplement my protocol with additional PRN olanzapine? I just don't want a repeat of last time where I black out…

no i never took oxazepam, just did a quick google search about when it starts kicking in, keep in mind starts to kick in != peak effect, im used to alp which kick in a lot faster, regardless if you really want to die your priority should be the Anti emetic not the benzo, like i said the benzo purpose is only to keep you more sedated, reduce SI and very very minor AE properties.
If blacking out is the main problem she is facing while trying to CTB the only logic would be to cut or lower the dosage of the sedatives a lot, since the anti emetic is pretty much a must and olazanpine already makes you very sleepy
