Fasting for 8-12 hours

Meto every hour before taking Sn

1 hour before SN : propranolol, diazepam and painkillers

45 mins before SN : 30mg meto

30 mins before SN : Rennies tablets (Antacid)

Take 50g of Sn in 50ml water

Why as much as 50 grams?
This seems a bit much to me.
I also don't think you'd be able to dissolve this amount in 50ml water.
Sometimes more doesn't mean better.

35 grams is recommended for over 100 kg. Probably enough for 122 kg.
Maybe someone else has different knowledge and will correct me.

I don't know if you can dissolve it in 50 ml of water.

First try it in 50ml.
If it does not dissolve, add very little water until you are able to dissolve all of the SN.

I also suggest preparing at least one more glass.
Of course, with the SN dissolved.
It's worth having a backup.
There is a high probability that you will vomit.
In such a situation, you can try drinking a second glass.

That sounds like a lot of meto. Every hour shouldn't be necessary. E.g. Stan's guide recommends five 10mg doses spread over 48hrs followed by a final 30mg dose 45m before drinking the SN. Taking it every hour is going to increase the risk of side effects for no benefit.

You'll also want to test out it's effects on you before making any attempt to see if side effects are tolerable for you.

Ppeh says take propranolol same time as SN.
Also not to take the benzos too far in advance so you have control over your SN ingestion.
