So I'm new to the site and not incredibly bright.... What's a good option if I have no access to meto? I'll just throw it up and it'll be a waste? Is it still possible to ctb? I'm trying so hard not to go with jumping or hanging, though it would be less prep.

I was wondering this too. I'm tight on money. I have a pretty strong stomach I had to drink about 4 cups of charcoal when I ODed a few years ago and didn't vomit at all. I can get Tagament and SN but not the dopamine blockers.

if you buy 100 grams try 15. if you vomit then wait til you calm down and try again? or at least get OTC stuff for nausea. I think a bit of it is tricking the mind

I think that if you don't use meto you WILL throw up, but nonetheless you can still ctb. It will just take longer, and most likely it will also take longer for you to pass out (and you can start suffering really bad because of this). I think you can try to counter it by drinking more SN every time you throw up...Last edited:the thing is meto also helps very important things like quick absorption of the SN and hence less suffering, so its not only for nausea.

yeah but getting it is a problem for a lot of us. I'm going to try. I just have a feeling the dr will suggest something else. nothing's fucking easy with this is itI have lithium, seroquel, vistaril, zoloft and lamictal... I just wander what that would do... I literally dream of ctb...
Are you kidding me, it's the last thing you do. I paid for meto less than 30 usd
I don't know how to get it. I don't have insurance and the only dr I see is a psychiatrist.
If you have a shrink that means you have money. You buy these meds online. Srsly we live in the info age, you can buy ANYTHING online these days. Search the internet.
Also its unlikely that you need antiemetics for this method. The sn megathread has slowed down plenty and i personally doubt its because of bans.

Did you try online? Ebay had a liquid seller as of this morning, bonanza sells the pills for $20..sparticus did this yesterday without meto and although we have not heard from him since he started puking quite quickly. Please dont cause yourself more pain then you have to. Meto for the Us isnt super hard to acquire. Listen to the others, don't do this without meto, don't cause yourself more pain than necessary. I can vouch for the Greek seller on Ebay who currently sells liquid Primperan (the one @Only Me Here mentioned), he is legit and it's only 40 dollars. He has 8 bottles on stock as of now. Be quick , he will run out of it, just like he ran out of the pills.Last edited:Well in my opinion. The vomiting experience with SN are all about SI and psychological. Thats why i never thought meto is a must. But its a helpful drug in keeping your stomach empty. So even if you puke there wont be anything left in your stomach to puke out.
Unless you have control over you stomach muscle its better to have meto as an insurance. Also please make additional dose of SN in case you did throw up you can just drink SN again. Honestly SN taste like ion sports drink and I kind of like it.

Just received my SN a few days ago and was also wondering about how necessary the meto would be. I have ratinidine but finding meto that can be shipped to Canada is proving more elusive.Similar threads
