SN Method: Can a slice of bread one hour before SN reduce chances of vomiting?

I usually become sick or prone to vomiting when stomach is empty. Will a light snack like bread or cookie help reduce vomiting?

Also, will a slice of bread reduce the effects of SN?

Doubtful. AE's suppress vomiting. Even taking an AE according to SN protocol, you have a high likelihood of vomiting.

It's not recommended, take antiemetics. Probably you are suited for the 2 day AE method. Just 6-8 hours is enough for fasting that's like overnight
