SN just arrived — it's getting more and more real

My SN just arrived, I don't feel any particular emotions but I physically feel like the end is near. When I picture myself dying it feels more real than it ever has.

I have not gotten up the nerve to order yet, though I know that "window of opportunity" is closing. Not sure why. Maybe because if I don't have it I won't be tempted to use it when my pain is really bad. Which sounds really stupid when I stop and realize just how many guns and prescription pills I have in this house. I can be such a dolt sometimes.

That's very sensible to not order SN if you think that's best to keep you from making choices you'd regret! If you do order know that it's very stable and you can still use it after years even in poor storage conditions, and if you don't order you still have the guns! :)
