For SN in hotel room, how should I take SN into my room? Should I order it directly from the hotel or should I buy it first and then take it in a bag or something?

definetly buy it first and take it with you. make sure you've booked for plenty of time + you put the do not disturb/do not clean sign up.

Okay, put in the bag underneath the clothes? Yeah, booking enough time should be fine. What time you think I should use? Definitely after cleaning? So, maybe 3pm sounds well?
