Method SN dosage for 200 lbs/90 kg?

Hi. So I read the PPeH and it said to use 35g of SN if you weigh above 100kg. Obviously my weight will fluctuate but I will always be close to 200 lbs/90kg. Not quite over 100kg but close.
What amount do you think I should take? Thanks.
