• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

The Benzo thing is an obvious one. Heaven knows what the thinking is there. I mean do they even know?
Not sure what you're referring to - but from what I've read, benzos in SN protocol is to reduce/eliminate panic following fast heart rate from initial onset of SN. Helps to subdue SI/panic basically, as well as obviously to help calm you in the SN protocol.

Imho benzos and antiemetics put the "peaceful" in SN method, and as I've come to find out, many other methods call for anti-panic stuff to help as well
It also changes it's mind (back and forth). So no.
I mean, that's kinda how science works unfortunately - keep in mind PPH doesn't exactly have the privilege of proper research and scientific methods nor ability to study the methods in a controlled environment (due to obvious anti-choice reasons) so they have very little data to go off of in the first place - they do the best they can with the data they manage to get
