I prefer CO but it seems that in case of failure there are more damages....maybe because there are many attempts...because its an old and well known method on humans?
Nitschke ranks CO better than sn

What I've read is butanediol didnt give any damages after physicians assessed them. CO can give brain damage and its bad for the cardiovascular system. I dont think SN gives any damages but who knows.
