I don't take antidepressants but I can get my hands on some to replace them for antiemetics to prevent vomiting. I just don't know when to take them. Do I have to be taking them for a long time for them to work as antiemetics or just through out the day of my ctb extravaganza?

Well first of all, what is it that you're going to take as an antiemetic? It has to be a dopamine blocker apparently. In Stan's guide there is a list of medications that work as suitable antiemetics. Also in Stan's guide is a schedule of when/how much to take of everything. There is a 48 hour regimen and a stat dose one.
