SN and antiemetics

Hello everyone.
After reading a lot about the SN method I have come to the conclusion that I have to get antiemetics. But I don't know what to tell the doctor to get a prescription. Can anyone tell me any excuse?
I had thought to tell him that I am quitting drinking because I am an alcoholic and that I feel a very severe desire to vomit.
I remember that when my daughters were little, I gave them Primperan. But I have seen that medical prescription is now needed. Any suggestions?

Meto is easy to get. Just say that you vomited a few times. If you are in europe you can get it from an online prescription too or you can order it without prescription but then the customs could get it.

Thank you very much but I have bought Motilium and the pharmacist told me it is like Primperan. Does anybody know something about it?

Motilium is Domperidone. It is also a dopamine agonist and is shown in some studies to be as effective as meto. Also it has very low risk of extrapyramidal symptoms

You can't use an acid reducer with it though

You will get the wrong type of AE. You need to say you have migraines
