Method SN amount

Hi
This is my first post.
I've been looking in to using SN to end my life.
Does anyone have an idea of how much i need.
I weigh just under 11stone. I'm useless at maths and I'd doubt myself for getting it right.
I'm so tired of from the moment of waking, until sleep that i want to die. When I'm asleep i have nightmares, so i don't get any rest.

Have you tried searching the threads for this? I know someone did break down a chart of weights.
