Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

That's the one I ordered and may have led you to, which I apologise, I thought it was good. Haven't received it either yet but the one I ordered fro apcpure arrived the other day

Good question. I don't know. That's why ordered from off apc pure but I came to the decision by reading through sn thread and good advice from people on that thread. Hope that helps. Sorry I can't answer with definite certainty.
be careful, dont rush anything please. research more, or maybe try to test it somehow. I got mine, the other one, also from Poland, and it looks really clumpy, with a lot of large solid chunks - I'm not gonna use it.
dont remember anymore, try going through the whole thread - I think all of the quality ones were more or less powdery
