How long would it take for ctb if I ate and drank only minimally each day for a while, instead of full VSED? Probably close to a year at least?

Given anorexics can live like that a long time.... I'd say a pretty long time. You'd be surprised what the body can withstand

Could take very long time . Its really invidual too, like your weight and health now, metabolism, genetics, too much you can't control. And likely after a while could collapse and taken to hospital then could feed and treat you against will.
