Does sleep ever make you feel more "at peace" or do suicidal thoughts make it hard to fall asleep? Recently I've been struggling to rest when it's time. Before even with ctb thoughts I would look forward to sleeping

Just wanting some peace

For me any kind of temporary sleep cannot bring any true relief as long as I wake again and as long as I exist I'll only hope for dreamless eternal sleep, for me non-existence is the only peace where there is no more pain and no more suffering with all finally gone and forgotten, I just hope and wish to never suffer ever again. I'd never wish for this cruel, torturous existence rather all I want is to be unconscious for all eternity, I suffer just from being awake, I only hope for some peace, I just want to rest.

A deep dreamless sleep is the closest we can come to death while we are alive.

Most of the time I sleep relatively deep and I have a stable sleeping schedule. Sometimes I think about how beautiful it would be just to die peacefully while being asleep - that often helps me to fall asleep quicker.

Just let me sleep

Sleeping has become one of my favorite activities recently, some days I sleep around 12 hours because all my problems stop exsisting in that time. I guess I just like being able to hide from my thoughts.

Sleep would be amazing if we didn't have to eventually wake up and do stuff. Usually, I have maybe a few seconds of peace in my mind after waking before all the stress and dread comes flooding in. I rarely feel like I've had enough sleep too and I tend to have anxiety dreams quite a bit. It can feel a relief sometimes though.

Even when the opportunity presents itself, 24 hours of sleep is still not enough.

I love sleep. Sleep is love.

But obligations keep getting in the way of my peaceful moment of everyone just doesn't exist for X amount of hours and it's unfortunate.

But good thing I can capitalize on any opportunity to sleep. I love having the magical ability to sleep anywhere at anytime, at will.
