Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Anyone else here with serious sleep problems?
I've been awake for over 24 hours now and feel empty, but not really tired.

When I do manage to sleep, it's either very short (~4 hours) or far too long (+10 hours) and usually not very restful. I often have nightmares, and when I wake up, I can't get my mind around what's going on for several minutes and just stare at the ceiling. And hate my life, of course.

Sleep disturbances or change in sleep habits is one of the main symptoms of mental disorder.

I haven't been getting enough sleep for a long time. Either I wake up early or getting to bed late.

For me I'm always 'tired' but never to the point of sleepiness, it's been a lifelong issue regardless of how well/poor I sleep or eat.

I have the same issue where I would either sleep 2-4 hours or 10+ hours that seems meaningless to how restless I wake up regardless. I usually run on coffee due to that, it's the only way I can really focus well on my surroundings.

I take sleeping pills when I need it because I have this issue too. It's not a long term option and I have severe sleep apnea but I don't give a shit anymore. I just take them and no matter if it makes me drowsy and gives me memory loss.
Try to ask your doctor for sleeping pills or other benzos. If you can't get them, some cough syrups are known to make you sleep (they contain sedating antihistamines). It really helps when you need it. Take care 🙏

every night i feel restless and anxious. i feel jealous of the people that don't want to get out of bed and run around or lay in bed while still being fully conscious, even if your body is tired. almost every night is me struggling to sleep at a regular time. it feels better to distract myself and stay up later than lay and bed and try to relax when i feel like i'm going to die if i'm not distracted. i don't feel very rested either. i just close my eyes and i'm awake again. sometimes i have bad dreams thag i feel embarrassed by because i can't tell anyone i have nightmares about things i'm insecure about.
