Venting SHed for the first time in over seven years

I started SHing again a couple days ago after being clean for over seven years. I'm not really sure why I did it again, but immediately I remembered how much I missed it. I don't feel good about doing it, but every time I glance at my arm it calms me down. I don't even actively want to CTB, I guess I just wanted to feel in control again.
