Share music you find calming/relaxing

Some of us will suffer from anxiety or fear so Iet's share music we find relaxing so others may find new music to be able to help them in tense moments <3

I usually listen to sad music when I want to calm down, as an overcorrection for when I'm feeling uppity.
But when I want to become calm and stay calm, nothing beats binaural beats.
I don't buy into all the claims they make in the silly titles; I just like to vibe with the sounds.



But...if you want the opposite effect... no sound causes more panic attacks than the Shepard Tone:

Sounds like one of those slowly charged up attacks in games that you have to stop or it will kill you in one hit. That's cool as hell.
