Venting Self punishment (TW SH)

I've been punishing myself for everything I've done and still do, burning myself, biting myself and trying to break the skin, cutting and sometimes not letting myself eat.
It hasn't gotten too bad yet. But I feel immense guilt when I reward myself with anything. I don't deserve it... I need to do more.
