Self-orchidectomy?

I am considering cutting my own testicles off with a circular saw.
Does anyone here know how long it would to bleed to death if I did so?
Ideally, I want to survive, but dying would be fine too.
I just want to know how long it would it take to die so I can plan accordingly.

Great advice, but I think I can't get Everclear in the UK, and anything I order, my mum (who I can't afford to leave), snoops through and throws away. She threw away my progesterone and estrogen. I can't buy needles over the counter. I can buy a circular saw over the counter at a hardware store. The plan would be, I take the boxed saw into a pub bathroom, call an ambulance in advance, unbox the saw, then cut my balls off. I want to know how long this would take to kill me.

i know u didnt ask for that but i'd say it first thing. I did read of a few cases of auto-orchiectomy that were "successful" but in all of them the person had to receive emergency care, because it can get quite bad. I don't know the exact timing if you were to bleed to death, but there is a high risk of hemmorhagic shock, and you would bleed a lot. But since in all cases the person made it to the emergency room (i guess i haven't found the ones that didn't) pretty sure you'd be calling for that pretty fast...
it also came to mind but the heavengate's cult also performed clandestine castrations that almost killed one of its members, infection can get bad too...
I feel you there, just giving you whatever lil info i had, but not endorsing you do that, at all. I imagine wherever you live the healthcare system must not be an option, i'm sorry for that... and that you even have to start considering this. I won't pretend to offer alternatives or know best, I just really wish you don't have to resort to this as it can end bad easily, in a way you would regret, neither achieving it nor dying... so i have to say that. The UK does have gender services in its healthcare system; but because I have sexual OCD (I experience distressing sexual thoughts and want to lose my sexuality), the system doesn't believe I'm trans. I have two reasons to cut my balls off, and in everyone's minds, that cancels out to zero reasons. Even if they did believe me, I'd be on a waiting list for years.

Find a pharmacy with a needle and syringe exchange and ask them for needles and syringes. Picrel is needle exchange sign.

Alcohol proof = twice the ABV, since the UK uses ABV rather than proof. So 100 proof liquor would be 50% ABV.

In any case, you can have packages sent to your local post office to collect, whether it be via getting a PO box or asking them to redirect the package.

As mentioned above, Boots Pharmacy etc might offer Needle Exchange - iirc, the one near me does anyway.


You can also try and order through Amazon and have it delivered to a pickup location instead - although it's probably not best to buy objects like that from Amazon because I doubt they're very sterile (although one would assume you'd be sterilising them anyway).

I would ideally like to lose my testicles and survive. I posted it in "Suicide Discussion" because it seems quite likely to kill me. There is nowhere else I could talk about something like this.
And by "plan accordingly", I mean, like, do things to slow the bleeding, ideally to not die, but I'm also fine with dying.

I'm not a doctor, but I was actually curious and so had a quick google..

Apparently when you slice them off, your arteries retract back towards your abdomen and naturally get constricted which reduces blood loss and then the shock of it happening makes them restrict as well. Apparently they're quite small arteries but can still lead to heavy blood loss.

I've read from 10s of minutes to a couple of hours - depending on how much blood is coming out (obviously).

I think, the longer I mull it over, I'm just going to use a Burdizzo clamp.
It will hurt like fuck, but kill my testicles without the risk of dying when I'm not sure I want to.
The challenge will be getting the postal people to leave it outside my house without my mother knowing.
