Have you self harmed?
Self harming isn't just cutting or burning, it's any form of physical damage to one's self in the intention to do harm to themselves.

I don't know if it would really count but I always hit/punched myself when I was around 7-12, the cutting and strangling started at 15 - 16.

Hitting and punching definitely count. I've been restrained in psych wards for doing it lol

i have tried:
cutting.
tried scratching my fist bloody.
punching myself.

i find comfort in SH but never got "addicted to it" think its overrated

new blades to cut my self arrived yesterday not sure when i do it again.

I used to slap myself, punch myself and burn myself. About 2-3 years ago I started cutting
I forgot I drag sharp bottles on my skin too!

Yes, I either cut or hit myself as hard as I can or use a riding whip. Never been hospitalized for it tho.

I've been cutting since I was about 11 or 12. Before that though, I did always take out frustrations on myself. I've been hospitalized for cutting too deep and needing stitches, as well as overdosing with the intent to harm because I knew it wouldn't kill me. I'm pretty sure I've developed an addiction for it but I don't really care anymore.
