Long story short: I read a ton of medical papers and came across an off-label use of a safe, non-controlled/non-addictive medication for something that's making want to kill myself but doctors are taking fucking forever with and don't care about.

Problem is I hardly have any (not nearly enough for the course/dosage), my doc won't prescribe it for this cause it's "too specialised" and "unproven" (sadly can't say suicide is the alternative), and while I can get it from pharmacies for its main use, they usually ping my dr. when I do and the amount they give is only for a few days. I need weeks to months' worth.
Meaning going to half a dozen or more pharmacies and my practice getting an equal number of alerts about.

So, I'd really like to just find a way to buy them myself without prescription. It's a cheap, common, well-tolerated generic medication. I know in the states this is pretty easy from web pharmacies; not so here. At least all options I've seen require physician Rx.
I think most of the time people buy from India or elsewhere, but it seems like a wild west and I have no idea how to even begin going about vetting anything.

Any advice or tips at all greatly appreciated - thanks.

Your post is cryptic enough that I'm not sure how much help I can be. There are a few sites in the US that have a physician on staff to write prescriptions. I have also found that thinking outside of the box can sometimes lead to success.

That's all I got for the information you gave. If you want more assistance feel free to message me, I can assure you that anything you say will be in the strictest confidence.

Thanks - maybe it wasn't clear but I am in Canada. I don't imagine local pharmacies could accept u.s. doctors' scripts, but maybe I'm wrong.

It was clear, I noticed it as I left your thread.

This time it was my turn to not be clear. If you find a pharmacy with a physician on staff they will fill it and mail it to you. I'm not sure about whether they will ship to Canada from the US.

I know of some people here in the US that get their scripts filled in Canada. Does Canada still have mail order pharmacies?

yes but

all the legit ones seem to. maybe even less-legit ones; i haven't dug so much into them given that's the other problem of not knowing whether the drugs they heinously overcharge for are even legit.

edit: also-
I'm not sure about whether they will ship to Canada from the US.
guess they won't:
