Well to me as we know it death means like eternal sleep without a dream unaware of anything no longer exists into the void of nothingness. For most of us this is what we believe as they call it the easy way out.

But what if we are wrong what if we are awaken in a spiritual world and we are being punished or tormented in some kind of purgatory where there is no point of return and what we did can not be undone being in that realm eternally.

This is what's holding me back! Because we really never know if it's the end or not.
I'm a religious person and CTB is a sin but when life gets tough I wanted the easy way out.

I guess my advice to you is as long as you can hang in there and the creator is giving you a chance then live.
Only when things are really bad or hopeless then pray if your religious? Pray for guidance and forgiveness then CTB.
But keep in your heart and mind that once you do it it's eternal no point of return it can not be undone once gone that's it there is no reset.

I hope this helps.

No, second thought doesn't make you a looser. The concept of dying can be very damaging to imagined for the brain, since it's job is to keep the body functioning and fight away threats, so it's perfectly normal for people to fear death. The best way that I deal with this feeling is to see the fact that after dying I won't be feeling any suffering that life has to offer, granted you'd have to sacrifice what little happiness life gives you, but I think it's a worthwhile sacrifice for internal rest

Would death be really the end of it?
An Eternal rest unaware of anything no longer existing into the void of nothingness.

We truly never know? If dead is truly dead what if there is a spiritual world?

But again we never know………

I don't really mind going to hell or heaven, or whatever spiritual world that you believe in. It's probably better than living in an unfair world, because in most after live or spiritual world everyone suffer the same fate, in hell they'll face internal suffering and in heaven they'll have internal bliss, I'll probably be numb to both. At least there's no one who's doing better than you

Is that what you worried about....and why ?
I mean what about the sufferings in this life ?
You're worried about something no one knows exist... basically wasting energy thinking about irrationality....
Anyway I'm more worried about my present...

Yes, cause living is a torment like you I'm worried about my present life, and that's the purpose of CTB to escape or so called easy way out to no longer exist unaware of anything no more responsibility gone from this life.

But death is also unknown? if death is truly death then it's wonderful

But if there is afterlife then that's not good your there eternity No Escape this time you can not CTB out of it.
Suffering living and suffering in afterlife thats makes me worried.

It's more of curiosity than irrationality.
