Scuba regulator to nitrogen tank uk

Hi. I was hoping someone could explain to me like I was 5 how I'd go about connecting a nitrogen tank up to a scuba regulator. It'd be a 5/8" hose from the nitrogen regulator and flow meter. This is specifically in the UK if anybody knows.
