Hello, I'm new here, this is some of my writing that express what I feel. I don't think it's particularly dark but I'll still like to share it.

You know that feeling in your chest? That tight-squeezing pressure — like a suffocating hug from a relative you don't even like. It's the same kind of tension you get when you're nervous, or that creeping dread when you know you messed up and might get caught. That kind of anxiety doesn't leave; it hangs around, loitering, always just behind you. You run, not with your feet — but in your mind, desperately searching for something — anything — that can explain or excuse the way you feel. Maybe it feels like your life has been utterly fucked from the start.

What are you supposed to do when that feeling won't go away? I'll tell you what you should do — or at least what you'll want to do: learn a new language and run away. Pick a country, any country. If your life feels over, then why not start a new one somewhere else?

If your family doesn't care, if the friends you thought would always be there are gone or don't seem to know you anymore — hell, if you don't even know yourself — then why not wipe the slate clean?
It's a romantic idea, sure. Some might call it selfish. Others might tell you to fix your life with a self-help book or a motivational YouTube video. But we both know those are just people trying to sell solutions to pain they've never felt.
So why not run? Why not disappear and never look back?
Because let's be honest — imagining it is a hell of a lot easier than doing it.

That's all for now. Goodnight and I love you.

I love the way you wrote that first paragraph especially. You found a way to make everyone recognise a feeling that I've never been able to describe. Really well done.

As for running away, it might remove you from certain people if that's really the issue, but it's still you in the new country. The unfortunate discovery for many is that the issue was internal all along.

One of my favorite authors calls this the geographical cure. Problem is we take our brains with us even if we leave certain problems behind. Hell I moved 13 hrs and I'm still (obvs) depressed and suicidal.

It is a strange thing to not be able to run away from a head that doesn't work right.
