I left school and became complacent. I got angry. I mistook people caring about me aggressively for them bullying me. So I fought back. And now I am here.

I should've just done what my mom wanted me to do from the start. And sure I would've gotten yelled at by teachers and bosses and co-workers but that's the magic of who I am: me being me it woulld've happened anyway.

And then I would have become aggressive and ruined relationships like I always do. But hey at least I would've had a job by now.

It sounds like you are gaining some perspective. This can help to reduce anger as anger can arise when there is a conflict between what we expect and reality. The better we understand what to expect, the less frequent we may get angry. In addition some of the energy that used to go into anger can be used to sustain effort in other areas.

Anger and outbursts are normal when someone is having a hard time, but it is still our responsibility to help others in a time where we need help. Actually giving into selflessness and departure from selfishness in the situation I think will benefit you in the long run. If you can learn to listen and help others, provide the understanding and tools that you need for others, you can learn how to better treat yourself and find your own goals along the way. Think big picture when you're doing the small stuff. I know how you feel and I want you to know that you got a lot of time to learn more about yourself and grow. I know that practicing in the mirror and forcing yourself only to say nice things about you and other people can help break the patterns of the impulsive pain and outbursts, like literally do not say anything negative AT ALL, You may think it but don't act on it and speak the things that you want to believe and the goals you want to achieve. It may be really really really tough the first few times but it will train you to at least speak in a nicer way that is probably more aligned to how you truly think.
