hi gamers,
should i go to a home depot in person or should i go on amazon like last time? i tried to buy a double braided polyester rope but it was super stiff and difficult for me to make knots with. when i browse through nylon and polypropylene ropes i get confused by if they'll be as stiff as the polyester rope i bought or if they'll be better. i see ropes cheaper on amazon than the ones at home depot, which is why i want to buy from there instead. what would you recommend? it's hard to narrow down my options.

Haven't worked with polypropylene before, but nylon rope shouldn't be stiff (or at least I don't find it to be). Should be easy enough to find on A for cheap.

If you still feel worried reading that, though, then why not just go to home depot and feel the ropes yourself? It might be more expensive per foot of rope, but it's not like you'll be breaking the bank; e.g., I'm seeing a 10mm double braided nylon rope option for only fifteen bucks, which is not bad at all.

In the end, though, the choice is up to you - whatever you feel most comfortable with is what you should do. Hope everything works out!!

why not a drug?

i don't know how to get drugs lol. plus a rope is super affordable compared to trying to buy any drugs. sn is expensive and i have no idea how ppl get it but it's the only chemical people overdose on

Stiff and difficult to make knots with? While polyester might be slightly stiffer than nylon, it shouldn't be difficult to tie knots with, so this is interesting. Would you mind posting a picture or a link with the exact type and specifications of the rope? You can DM me if you don't want to reply publicly. I wonder what kind of rope that is, as I find this strange.
