• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I don't think I'm suffering from any external problems, none that I can identify anyway, it's all internal - loneliness, self loathing, image issues and things of that nature.
That's how all my problems are and I think you can heal from those without therapy, although I do have a couple external problems. For me what helped a little is getting hobbies, friends, and trying new things, my therapist wasn't helpful at all singing is more therapy for me than therapy will ever be.

It's good to see that you had a good support network by you and that you were able to recover without therapy! I don't have any real friends to talk with this shit about, nor do I have any hobbies or real interests. I feel like a zombie, just occupying space on this planet, it's possible therapy could give me some direction in life but at the same time I could get trapped in a lull of trying to find the right therapist and paying so much money and ugh

I haven't fully healed at all and I've been spiraling downhill lately but I am lucky to have some hobbies. Therapy is way overpriced for what it is, but if you have insurance it may be worth giving it a chance.

What are your hobbies? Singing and music oriented stuff I'm guessing yeah?
